If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking information. The delivery date is the date the package is marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.

Due to the mystery, personalized, and custom nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as changing your mind, personal preference, or receiving duplicate items from separate orders.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review your request and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Once your order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. While shipping delays, lost packages, or damage during transit are generally outside of our direct control, we will gladly assist you in filing a carrier claim or helping resolve shipping-related issues whenever possible.

• After 24 hours, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
• Once an order has been curated, personalized, custom-made, packed for shipment, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Due to the mystery, personalized, and custom nature of our products, all Mystery Capsules, personalized items, and custom orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Personal preference
• Duplicate items from separate orders
• Incorrect sizes or preferences provided by the customer
